Pool Builder Software
The Construction OS Built for Pool Builders.
Permits expiring in Pasco. A sub showing up in Pinellas with lapsed insurance. Forty homeowners waiting for an update. WFP was built to handle every piece of this - because it was born inside a real pool construction company managing the same chaos.

Sound familiar?
A permit expired on a job in Pasco County. You found out when the inspector showed up.
See how WFP handles thisYour excavation sub has been on three jobs this month. His workers’ comp expired six weeks ago.
See how WFP handles thisYou know you have draws out there. You just don't know how many, or which PM is actually collecting them.
See how WFP handles thisA homeowner calls the office. Whoever answers says 'let me have your PM call you back.' Your PM is at a job site. The homeowner leaves a two-star review.
See how WFP handles thisYour weekly production meeting ran three hours. The last thirty minutes were two PMs reconciling different versions of the same project status.
See how WFP handles thisYou do pools, outdoor kitchens, and pergolas. Your current software only really understands pools. Everything else is a workaround.

Dashboard review
Marcus opens WFP. Every active project is visible on one screen — phase, status, next milestone, financial position, any items needing attention. The attention queue flags two things: a permit in Hillsborough is 45 days from expiration, and one sub's COI renewal is overdue. He sends both flags to the relevant PM from the same screen. No calls, no emails.
PM starts route
Jessica opens the route mapping calendar. Today she has four job sites to visit. WFP maps them in order — Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Sarasota — sequenced efficiently. She won't be zig-zagging across the county today.
Customer call
A homeowner calls asking for an update on their project. The front desk pulls up the project in WFP, can see the current phase, the next scheduled inspection, and the last customer update sent via the portal. They answer the question immediately. No PM call needed.
Work order assignment
Jessica needs to assign a work order to an excavation sub. WFP shows his compliance status — green. She assigns it directly from the work order screen. If he were red (expired insurance), the system would prevent the assignment.
Collections dashboard
Marcus checks the financial dashboard. The gamified collections view shows what's been collected this week vs. the team's stated target. One PM is behind — Marcus can see it without asking. He sends a message from the platform.

Why pool builders switch to WFP.
Most construction software wasn't built for pool companies. Buildertrend puts pool builders under “Specialty Contractors” — there are no pool-specific workflows, no municipality permit tracking, no sub compliance dashboard designed for the volume of subs a pool company manages. JobTread is newer and more pool-aware, but lacks the operational depth that a company managing 30+ simultaneous builds needs. Pool service tools like Skimmer and Pool Brain are built for maintenance routes, not construction projects.
The only platform with a real-time sub compliance health dashboard — green/yellow/red for every sub, with auto-lockout for non-compliant subs
Phase-based project lifecycle automation that matches how pools are actually built (Permitting > Staging > Production > Punch Outs > Warranty) — no competitor has automated phase transitions
PM route mapping for field visits — not available in any competing construction platform
Gamified collections dashboard for draw management — visibility and accountability no other tool provides
Commission tracking with full sales rep transparency — eliminates monthly disputes
Unlimited users — no per-seat pricing anxiety as your team grows
Configurable project types for outdoor kitchens, fencing, and adjacent work
Our Story
Born inside a real pool construction company.
WFP was built by a software engineer with decades of enterprise IT experience who acquired a pool construction company and found that no existing software could handle the operational reality of managing permits across municipalities, sub compliance at scale, customer communication across dozens of simultaneous homeowners, and cash flow visibility across a portfolio of active builds. He built WFP because the alternative was being the human system that held everything together — indefinitely.
The results speak to what the platform can do: build times cut dramatically, 60+ simultaneous active projects managed with clarity, five-star reviews becoming the norm as customer communication improved, subcontractors preferring to work with the company due to its organization. The company was eventually sold successfully — the ultimate validation that the system worked.
WFP is now available to every pool construction company ready to operate at that level.
It's very intuitive to just jump into it and figure things out fairly quickly just by poking around.
“The schedule planning allows us to be more efficient when it comes to planning the routes. We can add in costs of material, labor, and every aspect of the costs of the job.”

One incident changes the math entirely.
The platform pays for itself when it prevents the first incident. Everything else is upside.
One uninsured subcontractor incident — a worker injured on site — can trigger claims in this range. WFP's automatic compliance tracking prevents the scenario where your excavation sub works three jobs before someone checks his workers' comp.
One recovered referral from better customer communication is a project in that range. If three of your last ten homeowners gave 4-star reviews because of communication — not quality — that's a referral stream at risk. The customer portal and automated SMS updates address this directly.
Every week you don't collect a draw is a week you're financing someone else's pool build. At 30 active projects, even a one-week collection improvement per project per month is significant cash flow. The gamified collections dashboard makes this visible — and competitive — across your PM team.
Replacing a project manager costs this much in recruiting, onboarding, and lost productivity. PMs who have WFP don't leave because their tools make their job harder. They stay because the system supports them.
Running at ~30% operational overhead with disconnected systems? Companies that implement WFP target meaningful reduction through eliminated meeting time, automated updates, and single-source project data. The math on that, at your revenue level, is significant.
